How To Make A Delicious Chai Tea Latte

It was a cold winter evening, as I sat, snuggled in a warm blanket, peering out the frosted window at the soft, white snow drifting slowly down the gray sky...................hmmm,what's missing? Oh yes! Sipping on a hot cup of...*drum roll please*...Chia Tea Latte! Ahhhhh......perfect! :)
Well, even if it's not snowing and you're not peering out of frosted windows, I still think this is a absolutely delicious winter time drink. So! I'm sharing with you my favorite recipe for Chia Tea Latte!
This recipe makes either one big cup, or two small cups. :)
Ingredients:
2 tsp. of Chai Tea (this is where we bought ours: Mountain Rose Herbs)
1 cup of boiled water
1 cup of milk, half & half, or cream. I used the cream from organic, raw milk.
1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
A pinch of ground clover
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. of sugar (or however much you want for taste...I used coconut sugar in this recipe)

Put the Chia Tea in your mug, then pour in the boiled water, and let seep for 10-15 minutes.
While your tea is seeping, bring your cream to a light boil whisking occasionally.
Stain your tea into a blender, followed by the cream and spices.
blend up!

mmmmmmm...delicious!

With this adorable chunk in my arms, and sipping a hot cup of Chia tea latte... the story is complete.  :)

How To Make Marble Paper

This craft is a great way to make cute cards, bookmarks and more!
You will need a container of water in a dish. a 9x13 cooking dish would work
paper
small paint brushes
paper towels {optional}
acrylic paint mixed with water
All you have to do is dip your brushes in the paint water and lightly touch the brush to the surface of the water in your dish. The stiller the water in the dish the better.
Keep dipping the brushes back and forth switching colors. You can do multiple colors or just two. It  will rings in your water that will kind of swirl. Keep going till you like it and then.....
Just dip your paper in the water in the dish and hold it there for a few seconds. Then lift up, let dry and make into whatever you want!
Here is one piece of marbled paper we made.
My little sis was doing the marbling as i took pics!

Ask me if you have any Questions!
Hope you like this craft as much as I did!
There is special paint to use if you are interested. We were watching some YouTube videos and some pieces are super amazing!

Peanut Butter Energy Balls

1-3 Tbsp honey  {to taste}

3 Tbsp salted peanut or almond butter

1/4 cup dark chocolate

1 Tbsp chia seeds (or sub flax or hemp seeds)

2/3 cup rolled oats

Just throw all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
You will need to add enough honey so it sort of stick into balls.
Scoop and enjoy!!
They might be a little bit crumbly so you can just pop them in the fridge for like 30 min and they will harden a little.

I thought it would be good to add nuts or raisins to these.
I did not use any chocolate and I doubled the recipe.
Comment and tell me how you liked these and what extras you added!
